Due to a recent vacancy they are seeking an experienced Producer to join our dynamic studio at our Melbourne location.

Under the direct supervision of the Head of Studio, the Producer will be responsible for the planning and execution of a game project, to budget and on schedule, with the required feature spec and level of quality, considering the requirements of all stakeholders inside and outside the company.

Requirements:
- At least 4 years of industry experience, preferably including previous experience as a Producer or Associate Producer with significant responsibilities and on released titles.
- Ability to work effectively in a team oriented environment and provide direction necessary to set or execute the creative vision of the project.
Proficiency with scheduling programs such as Microsoft Project.
- Experience coordinating product development efforts with functional teams, such as Engineering, Art, Design, Quality Assurance, Public Relations, Sales, and Marketing, throughout a complete production cycle and across multiple studios.
Strong problem-solving skills.
